Polybrag is a game of predictions. You vote on questions about real events, then you can boast when you were right. No money is involved: nothing here is a bet, there are no prizes, and nothing here is financial, legal or medical advice.
You must be at least 15 years old, and have one account. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in to yourself, and write to us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what is done with it. We can refuse or change a handle that impersonates someone or is offensive.
Do not open several accounts, vote with a script or any automated means, try to break or overload the site, try to reach other people’s data, or use Polybrag for anything unlawful. Your points and how rare your answer was only mean something if everyone plays fair.
Your handle, your votes and the brags you choose to share stay yours. You give us a free, worldwide right to store them and show them on Polybrag, including on the public page and image of a brag you share, for as long as they are published. Deleting your account removes your shared brags. What others do elsewhere with a shared image is outside Polybrag.
The questions, results, texts and images, the name Polybrag and its logo belong to us or to their rights holders. You can share a brag. You cannot copy the site, or collect its content automatically, to build something else.
Questions are written with the help of AI, and results are looked up automatically in public sources. Either can be wrong. Use “Report a problem” on a question to tell us. We can correct, cancel or close a question, and recalculate points; the administrator’s decision on a result is final. Points are part of the game: they have no monetary value and give no right to a rank or a badge. “How it works” describes the current rules, which can change.
Polybrag is free and provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and its results right, but we cannot promise that it never fails or never changes, and we can change or stop a feature or the service. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by using Polybrag or by not being able to use it. Nothing here limits a right that the law does not let us limit.
You can delete your account at any time from your Account page; the privacy policy says what is kept and for how long. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we say why when we can. When we change these terms, we update the date above; using Polybrag after a change means you accept it.
French law applies, without removing the protections that the mandatory law of your country gives you. If something goes wrong, write to us first: we will answer. If we cannot agree, the French courts decide, unless a mandatory rule of your country says otherwise.
